In pot-plants I trust!
I've decided I would like to start buying people indoor pot-plants as presents after discovering not only the health benefits of keeping plants inside, but also the beauty of it (i've been dreaming of a ceiling hung with cascading, flowering pot-plants for quite some time now - particularly when I got sorted into Hufflepuff on Pottermore last September *only Hufflepuffs will understand*). It all came to life when my mum bought me a beautiful white Cyclamen the other day to cheer me up for being sick. It was love at first sight! I absolutely adore it, and now feel like it is my duty to care for it and keep it beautiful (any Cyclamen-growing pros out there with any tips?)!
What do YOU think about pot-plant presents? Do you DIG it? Pun intended. I think it is a fabulous gesture (not only for the sick), which I would like to continue. So starting with my mum and sister, I am looking for another type of flowering pot-plant! Any suggestions?
ps. I am going to attempt to draw my Cyclamen for the next post!
